Just felt I needed to say what a great Craft Company R & R Craft Frames were, I've been using one of their frames for many years to stretch my cross stitch and due to my own stupidity the clips holding the material on have split. I contacted them about whether they were available separately or did I have to buy a complete new frame. They came back very quickly with a price for the replacement clips. I gave them my address and they put them in the post saying I could send the cheque off. They arrived a day later. It's so nice to find a business that puts the customer first.:):):)

they are great frames - also if the clips start to get loose through continued use you can wash them in a dishwasher and they tighten up a bit

Thanks for the tip about the dishwasher, I've had loose clips for so long they feel very tight now.:)
