Does anyone know if Bo Bunny paper is thin paper or is it a thicker card type paper as I want to use it with a cricut machine. I'm after more of card like paper. Or if anyone knows of any sites that have patterned/designed card that's suitable (ideally I want it for lettering) please let me know.:p

Bo Bunny paper comes in two thicknesses. The single sided designs are thin paper. The double sided ones are more a cardstock quality.

I've used both in my Cricut and they have worked fine. If you're unsure that it will cut first time, select a double cut or change the number on the blade.

Thanks ever so much for your help. Do you know anyone who sells patterned chipboard and have you ever used it in the Cricut machine? I had a look at your website you have some lovely paper, i'm sure i'll be back to buy! :)

As far as I know you can't cut anything thicker than cardstock in the Cricut machine.

Put it this way we have not tried it on the one at work but it is not recommended to use chipboard!

You can cut thicker than cardstock on the Expression, but you need to use the "Multi-cut" facility and adjust the pressure accordingly.

Rubyhen you can always cut several of the same letter from your heavyweight paper and glue them together to create a thicker dimensional letter! I've done it with some Bazzill letters HERE (http://www.artcards.co.uk/cropclass_play.htm) and it works pretty good. You could also save your patterned paper and just have that as the top layer - its as good as using chipboard if you haven't got the Expression.

Hope that helps with some ideas,

Thanks for the idea. I was thinking of cutting it out of cardboard and then cutting it out of the paper and sticking together. What would you recommend I use to stick it together with? I don't want it to go all wrinkly!:D

I would use either THIS (http://www.artcards.co.uk/detail1.asp?Code=AD%2DZIG%2DBULLET) or THIS (http://www.artcards.co.uk/detail1.asp?Code=AD%2DTOMBOW%2DMONO) (the latter one is fabulous for sticking chipboard and covering it with paper etc. but do not put loads onto thin paper - use the inbuilt spreader to spread thinly). These two are my favourite glues for alphas and chipboard etc.
