Ok, here's the thing, before the Mother of all Techincal hitches occured we had over 7000 members, now today I see were doing really well with 125 but we really want to get back to having as many members as humanly possible so if you think some of your friends from here are missing and you know their email addresses, drop them a line and point them in the right direction.
I want to see if we can get atleast 2000 members by this time next month!! Google will love that and so will we.
This place really doesn't exist without you, our lovely members and we're just so thankful that you're all coming back to us.:)

I'm back, along with many others. Sorry to hear you had major problems and probably major headaches and many sleepless nights!
Think your numbers will increase dramatically very quickly thanks to the email from Nige!!

Thanks to you all for coming back - now let's give a BIG push to get more people back - hey remember quality does win over quantity as well tho ;)

I think people will drift back BUT its obviously quality which counts, not quantity :-)

Hello, I'm Linda. I joined last year via Nige, but did not speak, although I read a lot of the postings and picked up a lot of helpful tips. I'm here again and thought that I would like to say "Hello".:)
I've made things since I was a child.I used to make doll's houses from cornflake packets and doll's clothes from leftover scraps.
I've done knitting, crochet, dressmaking, cross stitch and embroidery and ceramics. I have made cards for several years and have lately taken up scrapbooking, although I am a bit nervous about getting it right! I've got so much stash that I find it difficult to know where to begin.
Anyway, you seem a nice lot, so I am taking the plunge.
Regards,
Linda

Hi - I am back I think. Starting from scratch. What a time you must have had. Hope we all manage to find our way back. I tried several times to log on and then thought I would be able to do it later, but I have now re-registered.

Have noticed on a few of these replies people using links etc. I want to use a link but had it removed when I tried. I believe I have to post a certain amount of posts first. Okay, my question is how do I link back to Craft.co.uk - it prob seems a silly question, but I havent done anything like this before.

The welcome thread has the links in it. You need to take one of the codes there and add it to your website
