Hi, I've just joined the forum, looking forward to meeting you all. I've just got my silhouette machine from QVC. Can anyone tell me if I have to use the cutting mat every time, no matter what I am cutting? Another thing is I followed instructions and tried cutting card with the yellow cap but it didn't make any impression at all. Please help :confused: Margaret.
