Hi Folks :)

Thanks for bearing with us while everything is restored, it's not going to be the quickest process in the world but Philip is working his socks off to get everything back to normal so just be patient and keep checking back is the best advice I can give you all.

My quick reply buttons have gone LOL! Only did this posting by quoting and then deleting.

Guessing this is one of the quirks that still has to be worked on but in the meantime get posting again everyone and don't forget the spring challenge!

No not for me either :(

I actually achieved quite a lot yesterday with no forum!!

I launched my Spring Portraits in the Park event which is looking like it's going to be pretty massive, i've already booked 3 sessions! I can do 18 at the most but If I book 10 I'll be delighted.

Oh and if you live near newcastle and you want some great family portraits there are more details on my blog which is HERE (http://www.defyinggavity.blogspot.com)

That is great news and like you I have been productive too - have done a book I was commissioned to do - I only quoted £20 (stupid me!) and have spent £12.50 so far on stash used on it (have estimated cost of my scraps too LOL!) and although I have put paper on the cover have not decorated it yet - guessing they time I have finished I might have made a fiver and worked on it for about 15 hours!

argh Helen:eek:

You'll definetly know next time!

When I used to do scrapbooks for a large corporation they were paying me around £260 plus the cost of all supplies and even the postage. You can make money in craft so just keep plugging and make sure that the client knows how much supplies are costing.

Hi all

Oh poor admin! What a nightmare to lose everything like that. Wouldn't have known what was happening had it not been for Nige!

Hope all is sorted soon without too much stress.

I still have to pay out for postage too - think I will say I did not take that into account and ask for that as an extra as it will be going recorded to make certain it gets there!

Like to also thank Nige as I thought it was my computer why I couldn't get on.

Ok, so if everyone is changing names can you all put your original names in your siggy (thanks angi) or I'll never remember (she of little brain).

Thanks so much to Nige who has had access to more of our members than we have over the last few days.

Oh and it's unlikely this will ever happen again as Philip and I have agreed to have atleast one backup in Newcastle ;)

I hadn't been on here for quite a while (various reasons) and like some of you, tried to log on a few times over the last few days and couldn't work out why I couldn't get the site to come on. Thanks to Nige's email I am back!!!!! Hooray.

Thank you to everyone who has obviously been working so hard to get things up and running again and back to 'normal' - what would we do without you???

I thought it was me!

At about 1am on Monday night I posted a heartfelt plea for help because Emma played me a merry dance all weekend, and I was ready to throttle her or throw myself out of the window!

So, I thought that it my woes which caused the forum to have a massive breakdown! lol

And what is tragic (well, not really) is that I've lost a lovely PM I got from Brenda Pinnick! I hope she finds her way back ...

Hope it's all up and running now!
